These are some of the best people in the world. I'll tell my story and see if you don't agree. I was leaving a nearby RV park when my capture plate on my RV broke. Parts flew everywhere in the bed of the truck. I was stuck in the street, because I couldn't risk towing with a broken hitch. Well, this just happened to be right in front of Xtreme RV. And they just happened to be closed :-( But, they were having a staff meeting. So my wife went in and asked for help. After explaining where we were (Literally right out front, in the street), they came out and diagnosed the problems. They didn't have the parts, but it didn't matter (they are very specialized parts for my specific short bed truck). They took the parts in to the shop and beat them back into submission. Then put the parts back on my trailer. They warned me to take it easy, because the parts were not quite right after being damaged, but it should be enough to get to my destination. I tried to pay them but they wouldn't accept payment!!! I did take it easy, and I did make it to my destination without any further damage to my rig. I can't thank these people enough! Everyone was closed (Jan 2, 2023, New Years Day Observed). I would have been stranded if not for their help. Give them your business. They are good people. - Timothy
We had a great winter vacation after we traded our wolf pup in for a shadow cruiser. Chad was very helpful and got us a great deal. After rushing then to get through the inspection right at closing, the lights would not work. So we left Chad a message and he got us in touch with the mechanic who walked us through the repair. When they say 'no pressure' they mean it... however the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendly Salesman ever. Ask him anything, he can answer, if he didn't know, he found out. Professional, respectful yet friendly and made us feel comfortable. Found out our needs and price range, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. We often leave after a purchase like this feeling unsettled, doubting if we did the right thing, but not this time!!! I think it is important for RV owners to understand how valuable your winterizing service is, and how important it is to have this completed at your dealership. We have had two problems over the years that were found during this service, addressed and saved us untold amounts. We never would have realized that we even had a problem until it was too late.

Chad was very helpful in showing us the available trailers at their facility. He and Matt made the whole process a quick and easy experience. Once we had our new trailer picked out we were able to pick it up a week later after the PDI and adjustments were made. Jon was very thorough and helpful with the orientation walk through. He was very knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation of all the functions of our trailer. We are now hauling down the road a 2022 Cherokee Alpha Wolf and couldn’t be more happy. Everyone at Xtreme is absolutely AMAZING!!! We have always owned rvs and any time I need a part, an accessory, or have a question they have taken the time to help. At one point we had an older cab over camper that was missing the cover to the water heater. They helped me locate the right one through emailed pictures. The latest A+ treatment we have had from Xtreme was when we unfortunately bought an rv from another dealer in Boise. From the day we brought it home, it was obvious the dealer we bought it from hadnt done a thorough job going through it. The other dealer was good enough to allow us to have Xtreme work on it. They spent the better part of a week troubleshooting a mess that wasnt even theirs! Kept me updated and gave me answers. They were apologetic and offered alternate options. Thank you Extreme RV for helping us out today. Our converter died in Jackson Hole Wyoming Saturday night and we limped on our way to Twin. Called Kevin up this morning once they opened, very friendly and knowledgeable fella, gave us directions and said he would have someone ready to go once we got here. Sure enough not three minutes after we pulled up they were digging for the problem and not 30 minutes later problem solved and repaired and we were on our way. We also got a lesson in the use of LED lights instead of incandescent lights, we bought all they had. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area or traveling through. Very good to work with. There patience showed when asking questions about the purchase. The day of pickup Randy met us he asked if we wanted to see the coach after the minor repairs. We met with Randy in the office finished up paper work. Went out to do a walk around throughout coach met with Technician Matt who answered all questions inside and out put our 5th wheel puck on our new trailer him and Randy helped with hookup and we rolled down the road.
